Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, adhering to planograms and inventory management procedures.
  • Support the training of lower-level cashiers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing store needs, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Report any safety concerns or hazards to management, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
  • Cash handling and inventory management experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
