Convivial Brands is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide exceptional support to our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
* Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive work environment
* Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Provide support to management on employee-related issues

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
