Key Responsibilities- Analyze and track environmental compliance data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain environmental databases and systems, including data collection, scanning, and reporting.
- Coordinate ESS invoice processing and payments, resolving any billing concerns or statement discrepancies.
- Support the ESS group and other departments by providing information and answering questions based on company policies and procedures.
- Compile and communicate routine and ad-hoc environmental work to relevant teams and individuals.
- Assist in monitoring, tracking, and processing environmental agreements, signatures, and reports.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with supervisory personnel, coworkers, government representatives, and other business professionals.
- High school diploma; Associates degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative, secretarial, environmental compliance management, or related experience.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
The work environment is moderate, with natural and fluorescent lighting. Occasional long hours, weekends, holidays, and travel may be required. Exposure to fuel/fuel vapors may occur during site-level inspections or training.
