Job Summary

GBC International Bank is seeking a seasoned Credit Portfolio Manager to join our lending team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of assigned loan portfolios, ensuring they meet our credit standards and policies.

This role involves close collaboration with account officers to identify new business opportunities, manage maturing and re-price loans, and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also play a key role in monitoring and reporting on delinquent accounts, generating reports as necessary, and participating in team sales calls and external events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned loan portfolios to ensure credit quality and compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with account officers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on delinquent accounts.
  • Generate reports as necessary.
  • Participate in team sales calls and external events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with an emphasis on credit.
  • Prior experience in loan underwriting required.
  • Formal credit training required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
