U.S. Silica is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Assistant Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Operations and Sales Management teams, you will be responsible for handling EPM products and services through a complete order entry process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from domestic customers, confirming product orders and pricing.
  • Provide reference information on competitive products and offer Certificate of Analysis, proof of deliveries, and other order-related information to customers, sales, or operations.
  • Work closely with Operations and Sales Management teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Process customer complaints in the database.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
