Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned full-cycle recruiter to help us build a world-class team of autonomous driving and robotics engineers as we scale AeroVect to major airports and expand our team.

As a Technical Recruiter at AeroVect, you'll play a critical role in recruiting top talent and contributing to the future of airport automation. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team to drive priorities and execute our hiring strategies.

You'll be responsible for managing the entire candidate process, from generating pipelines to hiring and onboarding new hires. This role will focus on autonomous driving engineering roles, including localization, perception, planning, and controls.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing top engineering talent to AeroVect in a competitive market
  • Partnering with AeroVect's founders and engineering leaders to develop recruiting strategies
  • Consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Developing and deploying innovative recruiting techniques and processes
  • Performing administrative duties to support the full-cycle recruiting process
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An exceptional track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent
  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house preferred
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS

Desirable qualifications include recruiting experience in robotics, industrial automation, and autonomous vehicles, as well as prior in-house recruiting experience.
