The Supplier Center of Excellence (SCOE) team plays a vital role in our supply chain, emphasizing supply flexibility, product integrity, and supplier performance oversight. In this role, you will interact with suppliers, implement sourcing strategies, manage tail spend, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in operational needs concerning inventory preparedness, component modifications, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Work alongside sourcing teams to implement sourcing strategies effectively.
  • Oversee bidding processes to gather supplier quotes.
  • Optimize tail spend and introduce process enhancements.
  • Lead the creation of programs and processes.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental alignment meetings.
  • Execute supplier data ingestion initiatives.
  • Support P2P system programs and functionalities.
  • Provide operational support to programs involving suppliers.
  • Act as a consultant to facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
  • Capability to assess suppliers and drive enhancements.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Collaborative spirit with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to achieve results.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Windows and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% may be necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Familiarity with IT equipment, suppliers, and supply chains.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships to enhance customer value.
