About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at OmniSource. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving and a valid CDL Class A. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and deliver scrap metal to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the trailer and truck to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to the transportation of scrap metal.
  • Maintain accurate records of fuel purchases, mileage, and other relevant data.
