Clinical Nurse Practitioner

As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and serving as a primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and effective care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, keeping the healthcare team informed of any changes or concerns.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required; Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required; Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
We offer a competitive salary range of $34.00 - $46.92 per hour, with hourly differentials applicable.
