Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to join our team in Central Austin and North Austin, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising and promoting our iconic brands, including Oreo, Chips Ahoy, Ritz, and Triscuit, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Ensure our leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
  • Communicate with store managers and Mondelēz' management team to ensure sales representatives' negotiated plans are being followed.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Be able to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, with mileage reimbursed.
  • Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary location.
  • Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sundays, with start times between 6 am and 7 am, and approximately 6 hours per week.
