We are looking for a committed engineering team leader to spearhead the creation of our advanced AI compute platform, specifically optimized for LLMs and distributed training.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed machine learning systems and large-scale solutions for our global clientele.
- Drive system architecture and champion best practices to ensure a high-quality product.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
A successful candidate will possess a strong background in engineering large-scale software systems, exceptional technical skills, effective communication abilities, and a drive to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications:
- A passion for building platforms and products for large-scale deep learning model training (e.g., 100+ billion parameter GPT, thousands of GPU devices).
- Solid experience in multi-threaded asynchronous development using C++ or Go.
- Prior experience with resource orchestrators such as Slurm or Kubernetes, high-performance computing, scalable systems, or large language model training.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Work closely with internal engineering teams, leading technology firms globally, and the open-source community, including PyTorch and NVIDIA/GPU.
- Develop innovative products designed to operate at scale on the AI platform and oversee their launch in high-volume production.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software language.
