  • Maintain accurate records for clients and caregivers within the software system.
  • Enhance client loyalty to Advanced Care Life Services by effectively meeting their needs.
  • Communicate caregiver and client issues to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to increase service hours to improve care quality.
  • Exhibit open and effective communication with caregivers, clients, and their families.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented within the team.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of relevant business experience or a combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Preferred experience in customer service: 1 year.
  • Preferred experience in computer skills: 1 year.
  • Preferred experience in schedule management: 1 year.
  • Preferred experience in home care: 1 year.

  • Understanding and adherence to the policies and procedures set forth by Advanced Care Life Services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with effective listening abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
