- Track, mediate, and document all client interactions using the designated software system.
- Address all client and caregiver concerns to guarantee timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records for clients and caregivers within the software system.
- Enhance client loyalty to Advanced Care Life Services by effectively meeting their needs.
- Communicate caregiver and client issues to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Identify and seize opportunities to increase service hours to improve care quality.
- Exhibit open and effective communication with caregivers, clients, and their families.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented within the team.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of relevant business experience or a combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Preferred experience in customer service: 1 year.
- Preferred experience in computer skills: 1 year.
- Preferred experience in schedule management: 1 year.
- Preferred experience in home care: 1 year.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding and adherence to the policies and procedures set forth by Advanced Care Life Services.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with effective listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and effective decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstration of discretion, integrity, and fairness consistent with company standards.
- Capability to organize and prioritize work effectively on a daily, quarterly, monthly, and yearly basis.

- Proficiency in operating office equipment.
- Patience and congeniality during telephone interactions.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
