Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client retention and growth through exceptional service and proactive communication
  • Collaborating with investment professionals to deliver client-focused investment solutions and supporting services
  • Understanding each client's unique needs and developing comprehensive plans to address their current and future business needs
  • Providing exceptional client service and support to help clients achieve their financial goals
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10+ years of relationship management experience in the financial services industry
  • Extensive investment knowledge
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic - honest, reliable and disciplined
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM-related software
