Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual to join our retail team as a Convenience Store Crew Member. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, providing quality customer service, and working efficiently to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous convenience store experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good personal grooming habits

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Salary Description: $10.00-$14.00 hourly based on skills and experience
