About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Delivery Experience Specialist to join our team at Carvana. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of vehicles to customers.

As a key member of our Market Operations team, you will work closely with other team members to provide seamless car-delivery experiences to our customers. Your passion for representing our brand and values will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly compensation for this position is $24/hour, with opportunities to increase your earnings by 50 cents every three months based on performance. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401(k) plans, as well as other cool perks such as student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, and benefits for pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Vehicles Safely and Timely: You will be responsible for loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers and delivering them to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will interact with customers to ensure their needs are met, providing them with a positive experience throughout the delivery process.
  • Maintain Vehicle Condition: You will inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they are in good condition before delivery and address any issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At Least 2 Years of Customer-Facing Experience: We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to Work in Varying Weather Conditions: You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, so you must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires frequent standing, walking, and physical activity, so you must be able to perform these tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position, and you must have a clean driving record.
  • English Proficiency: You must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
