Position Overview
The Enterprise Resilience Team is seeking a Vice President to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise resilience strategy. This role is crucial for ensuring the organization can effectively prevent, respond to, and recover from significant disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement the strategic direction for Enterprise Resilience, encompassing Crisis Management, Service Resilience, Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Governance.
- Lead a global team to advance the resilience agenda across all business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
2. Functional Oversight
- Oversee the development and execution of policies and frameworks to manage risks effectively.
- Conduct regular drills and simulations to test resilience capabilities.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to global resilience regulations and maintain a comprehensive governance framework.
4. Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact operations and services, developing effective crisis management plans.
5. Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating resilience strategies effectively across the organization.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise resilience or risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in managing complex resilience programs within a large multinational organization.
