Job Title: Field Services Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Services Technician to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve technical support and services.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop and laptop support.
  • Strong knowledge of PC and Mac hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent, are a plus.
