Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $67,724.80 and $80,700.00 per year, based on national averages.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Retail Business Director to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer expectations are met through effective service delivery
  • Conducting meetings with subordinate employees to drive performance and growth
  • Maintaining effective vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Building, coaching, managing and developing teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint
  • Driving sales through data-driven decision making and strategic planning
  • Managing team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Tracking inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Providing exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention
  • Performing P&L analysis to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • The ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
