Job Description:
Our nursing staff collaborates within dynamic interdisciplinary teams, emphasizing a patient-centered care approach in a diverse work environment.
Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse employs evidence-based practices in alignment with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and directives from the medical staff.
The registered nurse, through expertise and skill, utilizes the nursing process to formulate a comprehensive care plan that addresses the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.
Qualifications:- Current Connecticut RN License.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN Required).
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association and proof of Arrhythmia Certification required prior to employment.
