The Scheduler plays a crucial role in developing comprehensive project timelines, working closely with project managers to integrate various scheduling inputs, and managing the baseline, updates, and time impact assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires the ability to evaluate construction schedules produced by subcontractors and ensure the ongoing creation of construction timelines that align with recognized industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee corporate scheduling initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks.
  • Administer bid and proposal timelines, baseline schedules, updates, and time impact evaluations. Navigate complex scheduling challenges and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and confirm scheduling data.
  • Maintain comprehensive master schedules for project activities, including preparation, updates, revisions, coordination, and communication of timelines to team members, management, and clients.
  • Engage with clients, attend regular construction meetings, and produce analytical reports.
  • Provide project and company leadership with essential tools for effective schedule management.
  • Gather and analyze historical data, such as performance metrics, to establish a realistic foundation for future planning and forecasting.
  • Assess, interpret, predict, and report on schedule status in relation to an established baseline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of scheduling experience within data center projects.
  • Proficient in operating systems and fundamental software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Asta, P6, and Outlook. Must possess the ability to learn additional specialized software as needed.
