About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of home health care professionals. As a CNA with Interim HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors and individuals with chronic illnesses or injuries in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels, and document any changes
  • Collaborate with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
  • Observe patient and notify supervisor of any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
  • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
