Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Tax Professional to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring accurate and timely tax preparation, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and support.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.

1-2 years of experience in tax preparation or customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software.
