We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator specializing in reconstruction projects to join our dedicated team at PrimePartners.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Project Estimating: Review labor, materials, and time requirements to develop accurate project estimates.
- Technical Proficiency: Use Xactimate software to produce organized and detailed estimates.
- Project Coordination: Finalize and document the project scope of work, ensuring all elements are accurately captured.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or insurance adjusting.
- Proven experience using Xactimate software.
- A successful track record of high close ratios on awarded jobs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong math skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate of $75k - $140k commensurate with experience.
- Percentage bonus based on base salary.
