Key Responsibilities:
The role encompasses managing multiple phone lines, responding to customer inquiries regarding products, and utilizing the CRM system to assist with questions related to purchase history and account management. Duties include directing calls, processing and sending invoices, confirming orders and shipments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Additionally, the position requires functioning as a front desk receptionist, providing weekly assistance in the Shipping Department, and working collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess basic computer and data entry skills, along with a minimum of six months of experience in customer service. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and fundamental math abilities.
