The Supply Chain Associate will play a key role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations. This includes unloading and inspecting delivered goods, comparing packing lists to company purchase orders, and staging incoming freight for put-away into inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming deliveries daily, including small parcel UPS, FedEx, and common carriers, as well as airfreight and ocean containers
  • Match documents and stage all incoming freight for put-away into inventory
  • Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that products in each delivery match the packing list and items are not damaged
  • Deliver product from receiving to the appropriate destination
  • Operate computer, scanners, and heavy machinery that could include forklift and pallet jacks
  • Provide back-up support for shipping dock functions
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in designated work area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Experience operating forklifts
  • Flexible schedule required, including occasional overtime
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
