Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at West Coast Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating purchase orders, and optimizing supply chain operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative cannabis packaging solutions. Our company is known for its strong work culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to excellence in the cannabis industry.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement, and proficiency in ERP systems and inventory tracking platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams, are also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders for stock and custom packaging and vape hardware solutions
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Generate weekly inventory reports on product burn rates, reorder points, and stock proposals
  • Oversee vendor payments and coordinate with the Finance team
  • Track production status, resolve vendor issues, and ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
  • Organize export shipments for Canadian customers
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking through spot checks and cycle counts
  • Support the Operations team with order receiving and quality control
