Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team at DealerOn, Inc.

Job Summary

This is a mid-level remote position responsible for automating complex business processes, ensuring system efficiency, and monitoring new releases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce customization options, data integration tools, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Salesforce-related initiatives by facilitating, coordinating, and communicating project expectations.
  • Conduct organizational capability assessments to improve effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain list views, reports, and dashboards.
  • Customize Salesforce apps, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
  • Build and maintain workflow rules.
  • Manage organization-wide defaults.
  • Ensure proper user maintenance, including permissions and role hierarchy.
  • Security and data management.
  • Gather requirements for new processes with stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • At least 3 years of SFDC admin experience.
  • Ability to effectively utilize workflows, process builder, and data integration tools.
  • In-depth understanding of customization options within Salesforce.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot.
