Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As an Emergency Department Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • 2 years of experience in emergency nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
