We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.

• Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Create and execute procurement plans to meet company objectives.
• Supplier Evaluation and Negotiation: Identify potential suppliers, conduct vendor evaluations, and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier relationships, address issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Market Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Project Management: Plan, delegate, and evaluate progress toward goals, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reporting and Budgeting: Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on spending and trends, ensuring compliance with key budgeting items.
• Purchase Order and Receipt Management: Process purchase orders, receive goods, and verify quality and quantity.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management role.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and procurement software systems.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
