Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during the commercial activation of IT circuits.
  • Manage service orders within configuration management databases such as MetaSolv (MSS), and other tools as furnished and identified by the Government.
  • Coordinate with DISA customer and commercial vendors for activation scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 4 years of overall experience or 4+ years of related work experience.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: MetaSolv (MSS), DISA Storefront, WWOLS.
