  • Ensure accurate and timely payment posting and reconciliation
  • Manage and resolve denials and appeals
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
  • 3 years of revenue cycle leadership experience (required)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applications
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models (preferred)
