About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Pest Control Route Manager to join our team at Sprague Pest Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated route of commercial clients, providing pest control and inspection services to meet their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely and quality pest control and inspection services.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing knowledgeable guidance and recommendations to solve pest management problems.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
  • Drive and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized company service vehicle, adhering to Sprague and DOT standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in route sales, merchandising, dispatching, or logistics preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers, peers, and managers.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to accomplish work goals according to quality standards and deadlines.
