Job Title: RN Care Specialist

Join Seton Medical Center Hays as a RN Care Specialist and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for driving nursing quality indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve quality and safety outcomes.
  • Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting various quality/patient safety data with a focus on using data to drive improved care outcomes and nursing practice.
  • Guide the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including the revision of order sets and practice guidelines at the unit or division level.
  • Conduct unit rounds with a focus on coaching and mentoring in partnership with clinical leadership.
Requirements:
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
