We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager: Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, striving towards excellence in guest satisfaction, food safety, and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and train a dedicated team as directed by management, providing feedback to management and crew.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including food safety, product promotions, and cash handling.
  • Guest Service: Maintain an elevated level of focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Management Duties: Assume management duties of the restaurant in the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Restaurant Experience: Previous restaurant or cashier leadership experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time.
  • Age and Education: Must be 19 years of age or older, high school diploma or GED.
