About the Role

The End-of-Life Care Chaplain plays a vital role in supporting the spiritual needs of patients, families, and caregivers at VITAS Healthcare. This position requires a strong foundation in pastoral care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

  • Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide spiritual support and guidance to patients and their loved ones
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
