Qualifications: Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma along with a minimum of one year of experience in a faith-based organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor volunteers engaged in all Protestant Religious Education initiatives.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for program volunteers.
  • Design, promote, and implement at least one Religious Education program for various groups including Women, Men, Youth, and Children.
  • Coordinate children's church lessons in alignment with Protestant worship services.
  • Participate in weekly chapel staff meetings.
  • Engage in regular staff meetings and other official gatherings.
