About the Role

F1 Arcade is seeking a highly skilled Director of Real Estate to join our team. As a key member of our expansion strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new locations for our social entertainment venues across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Selection & Acquisition: Conduct thorough market research, demographic analysis, and site assessments to identify potential locations for new venues.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with landlords, property owners, and brokers to secure LOI's and lease agreements.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Work with finance and construction teams to create comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential sites.
  • Project Management: Oversee the real estate process from initial site identification to final deal closure.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate brokers, developers, and community leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate management, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating retail, restaurant, and commercial leases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities, creative solutions, and strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with proficiency in real estate software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, with a willingness to travel extensively across the US.
