Job Summary:

This Compensation Processor role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including resolving pay issues and providing labor information to management. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include processing payroll according to scheduled cycles, analyzing and confirming pay adjustments, and reviewing and balancing payroll prior to final transmission.
