Position Overview


Oryana Food Cooperative, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our vibrant 10th Street Cafe team. We are currently welcoming applications for both year-round, part-time, and full-time cafe positions.

The ideal candidates should be available to work until 7 PM, including some weekends.


Compensation

The starting wage for this role is between $15 - $16/hour, with the potential for a raise after 60 days of employment.

Employees, whether full-time or part-time, enjoy a generous store discount of 25% off most purchases, along with paid time off and a range of benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, as well as a 401k plan with employer matching.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements

This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously. Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred.

Availability on Sundays is essential.
