We are in search of a Senior Tax Associate for a mid-sized distribution organization located in the Twin Cities area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and review tax returns for both individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Perform tax research and analysis to identify planning opportunities and savings.
- Provide assistance to clients regarding tax inquiries and offer expert guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely delivery of client services.
- Establish and nurture client relationships as a trusted tax advisor.
- Keep abreast of current tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications for the Senior Tax Associate position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Taxation (both Business and Individual).
- Experience working in Public Accounting Firms.
- Strong communication skills, efficient, and deadline-oriented.
Compensation:
- Starting salary range is between $80,000 and $95,000.
