Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Real Estate Coordinator to join our team at First Citizens Bank. This role will provide administrative and technical support to our Corporate Real Estate functions, maintaining files and records related to leases, properties, construction, and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with various tasks to facilitate Corporate Real Estate operations, including entering project, work order, and portfolio data into our department tracking system.
  • Process financial statements, such as commitments, change orders, and invoices, and monitor approval status and payment.
  • Maintain project, work order, and lease files on an ongoing basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional communications with executives, associates, and vendors to resolve issues that arise during Corporate Real Estate activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate or Facilities, or High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate or Facilities.
  • Preferred qualifications include administrative support experience, proficiency in work order management and invoice processing, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical skills, and strong communication and organization skills.
