Timmons Group is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Surveyor to manage and perform design-related surveying projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, client development, and technical quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform surveying projects using relevant office software and technology.
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and cross-sell Timmons Group services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title, boundary, route, topographical, construction, control networking, and high definition surveys.
- Perform calculations using surveying formulas and skills, and utilize computers to solve problems.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge and experience using Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent CAD software.
- Working knowledge and experience using Leica, Trimble, or equivalent survey data reduction software.
- Working knowledge and experience creating Machine Control Models.
- Working knowledge and experience utilizing GPS/RTK technology.
- Preference will be given to those having a working knowledge and experience using Laser Scanning Technology.
