Senior Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our team at Timmons Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and performing design-related surveying projects using relevant office software, modeling, and CADD technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Manage and perform design-related surveying projects
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Perform calculations using surveying formulas and skills
• Utilize computers to solve problems and improve project efficiency

Requirements:

• Working knowledge and experience using Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent CAD software
• Working knowledge and experience using Leica, Trimble, or equivalent survey data reduction software
• Working knowledge and experience creating Machine Control Models
• Working knowledge and experience utilizing GPS/RTK technology
• Preference will be given to those having a working knowledge and experience using Laser Scanning Technology
