About the Role

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University School of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our adult clinical services team. As a key member of our team, you will hold a primary appointment in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and a secondary appointment in the Department of Neurology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outpatient neuropsychological evaluations of adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of neurologic conditions, with full psychometrist support for test administration.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the complex needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in research and teaching opportunities, including pre- and post-doctoral level training.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA or CPA accredited program.
  • Completion of clinical neuropsychology internship and two-year postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology.
  • Eligibility for psychology licensure in NC.
  • Board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology (or eligibility) by the American Board of Professional Psychology.
