About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Psychometrician-Part-Time. As a Psychometrician, you will play a critical role in collecting and analyzing neuropsychological data to support the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and score standardized neuropsychological tests to collect cognitive and neurobehavioral data
  • Conduct behavioral observations and complete data sheets to ensure accuracy and validity
  • Communicate with supervising neuropsychologists to discuss patient progress and challenges
  • Ensure patient comfort and maximize test engagement throughout the testing process
  • Convert raw data to standardized normed scores and summarize in data sheets
  • Perform data entry into clinical databases
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Biology, or related field
  • 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting (or equivalent experience in a related field)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
