This position offers the opportunity to refine negotiation skills and develop commercial insight while gaining a deeper understanding of how the organization delivers value to its clients.

Contract Overview
This position is responsible for managing the sourcing process for assigned business segments and overseeing policies and programs that facilitate the procurement of contracted services and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with various departments and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Employ strong communication and negotiation skills to shape sourcing strategies and foster beneficial partnerships, utilizing contract adjustments as necessary.
- Perform comprehensive analysis and evaluation to create Requests for Proposals (RFPs), gather quotes, and lead bidding activities.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to formulate contracts and/or purchase orders with defined service level and performance metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by offering guidance and support throughout the sourcing journey.
- Identify, assess, and cultivate relationships with key suppliers to maintain a dependable and strategic supplier network.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market intelligence, industry trends, and benchmarking data to derive sourcing insights and remain informed on industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in sourcing services, supply chain management, or contract management
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Local candidates preferred
