Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will create a memorable experience for our guests through your attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining guest rooms. This role is crucial in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our resort, and we are looking for individuals who excel in their roles and have the potential to grow into supervisory or management positions.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
  • Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort cleanliness
  • Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
  • Proper utilization of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
  • Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
  • Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
  • Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, and properly report as found
  • Respect for guests' property should always be exercised
  • Responsible care of equipment
  • Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records and follows proper standards for issuance of rooms
  • Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers always
  • Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
