Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our guest rooms and public areas. This is a key role in providing an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
  • Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
  • Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
  • Proper utilization of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
  • Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
  • Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
  • Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, and properly report as found
  • Respect for guests' property should always be exercised
  • Responsible care of equipment
  • Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records and follows proper standards for issuance of rooms
  • Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers always
  • Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You will also need to be physically able to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
