Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to achieve their full potential
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales associates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role
