A Day in the Life of an Audit Supervisor...

Engaging in various accounting and auditing responsibilities. Participating in client meetings, delivering presentations, and crafting proposals. Preparing clear and concise documentation while executing numerous GAAP-required procedures to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of client financial records. Actively collaborating with key client management to gather information, resolve accounting/audit issues, and offer recommendations for business and process enhancements. Planning and executing daily audit engagement activities for charitable, governmental, and for-profit entities. Dedicating time to business consulting to foster external relationships that may lead to additional opportunities for the firm. Involvement in staff training, monitoring, and coaching to enhance performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years of public accounting experience
  • CPA License achieved or in progress
